  • Digital reports and consultation summaries are typically delivered within 4 to 6 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of complete information from the client.

  • Any delay due to incomplete information or technical issues will be communicated promptly.

3. Mode of Delivery

  • All digital reports and deliverables will be shared via email or WhatsApp (as specified by the client).

  • Consultations may be conducted online via audio/video call or chat, depending on the package selected.

4. Payment Policy

  • All services must be paid for in advance.

  • Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or any other methods communicated directly by our team.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please ensure that you fully understand the service you are purchasing before making payment.

6. Client Responsibility

  • The client must provide accurate birth details and other necessary information for reports and consultations.

  • Maxus Ventures | Vaastu Art will not be responsible for inaccurate results due to incorrect information provided by the client.
