At Maxus Ventures | Vaastu Art, we value your trust and are committed to offering high-quality spiritual and consulting services. Due to the personalized and time-invested nature of our work, we have a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds on Services

All purchases made for the following services are non-refundable:

  • Numerology & Astrology Consultations

  • Scientific Logo Designing & Consulting

  • Astro-Numerology Reports

  • Signature Reports

  • Any customized or digital report or guidance

Once your order is confirmed and work has commenced, we are unable to process any refunds.

2. Why No Refunds?

Our services involve:

  • Deeply personalized analysis based on individual data

  • Time, energy, and expertise invested by our team

  • Delivery of digital and intellectual content that cannot be returned

Hence, refunds are not applicable once the process has started.

3. Modifications or Corrections

We strive for accuracy and customer satisfaction. If you notice any factual errors or missing information in your report due to a mistake on our end, we’ll be happy to correct and resend it without extra charges.

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the report for any such concerns.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made and the process has started.

  • If you wish to cancel before we begin work, contact us immediately. If cancellation is accepted (at our discretion), a partial refund (after deduction of admin fees) may be considered.

5. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery of digital reports is done within 4 to 6 working days, provided complete and accurate information is submitted. Delays caused by incomplete data are not eligible for refunds.
